I wanted to share something I created last night so that you could see the versatility of the project I posted the other day. Remember this project?
It is a holiday organizer that has a place for gift cards you purchase (how many of you have lost them before you can give them?), receipts so that you can return something if you have to, gift ideas, to do lists, calendars for all those key dates around the holidays....you name it and it is probably in here to keep you all straight for the holiday season.
So I wanted to make a few more as gifts so with just changing out the papers and clear extras it is a totally different look. The base and techinuques on the book are the same. This is what I did last night:
I need to add a few last minute embellishments to the inside to personalize each one but didn't it turn out so cute with the winter fresh line....and hello?!? the holiday hours clear extra was just perfect for the front of the book. And of course.....I am sorry...but I had to use the
cuttlebug again on the front cover except I used the snowflake embossing folder this time. Makes me happy! I found
this one and
this one for Christmas and
this one is just fun so I will be going in search of them today...won't they be so cute for Christmas tags on packages? I may officially be as whacked in the head now as my cousin that already finished her Christmas cards...lol.
Happy Friday!
The organizer came out great. I love those winter fresh papers. And what a great idea and a beautiful way to keep organized this holiday season.
